Junebug URGENTLY Needs Surgery As Soon As...

ND

$0.00 raised of $2,000.00

URGENT!!  Junebug was run over by a car and her pelvis is broken in several places. Her pelvic canal is significantly decreased, which means she will have a difficult time urinating and defecating.   Junebug is anemic due to the fact that her entire lower body has become a giant hematoma.

Junebug needs to have surgery to repair her pelvis as soon as possible.   The vet is confident that she will have a good recovery, although she will most likely end up with a "goofy gait."  We have started her on canned food to help build up her blood cell count.

Please donate to help Junebug afford her surgery, no amount is ever too small.  Just like Junebug, great things come in small packages.

  • She's made it apparent that she enjoys where she's at! Foster mom says she's doing great. She has three medications she takes twice a day. Her stitches itch her, so that's a struggle to keep them covered. She's not able to go to the bathroom outside by herself yet, so she is in diapers

  • Junebug is headed off to her new foster home, where she will start her long road to recovery.

A special thank you to her foster family for offering to assist this special girl with all the love and attention she will require!

  • PUP-DATE: She is home from the vet and doing as best as she can! She has a long road ahead of her, but a giant army behind her.

Thank you to everyone who has donated to help cover the cost of her surgery so far.

  • Pupdate on Junebug: Just got off the phone with the clinic and they said she is doing great at the moment and will be ready to go home tomorrow to continue her recovery.

*We have raised $890 through our website and $250 directly to the vet clinic. Can you help us raise the rest to cover the cost of the surgery?!
