Kitten found very sick and weak

  • Name: Mia
  • Color: Black
  • Sex: Female
  • Age: Baby

$275.00 raised of $556.00

Mia is just a kitten found by her rescuer weak, unable to stand and not eating.

Her recuer reached out for help to be able to rush her to the vet not knowing what the outcome may be.  She just could not let this kitten suffer on the streets.

After taking her in, she tried to give her food but poor Mia would just throw it back up.  She is very sick.  Her breathing is labored and she is shaking.  We are hoping for the best outcome for this little one and will keep you all posted when we hear the diagnosis.

In the meantime PLEASE donate to Mia's vet care!  We would not have been able to answer the rescuers call for help without knowing your donations and shares will come.

We need every penny to be sure Mia gets the best care and makes it through whatever is making her sick.

  • MIA update from rescuer

Hope you having a good Monday. So I called today and they told me that Mio is more awake and is moving which i guess is a good news. However he has diarrhea, ....they will give him some water tonight and see how he reacts to it (if throws up, hopefully not) and if he is good then they will try to give him some food so again watch if he does good. I am feeling more hopeful and cant wait to go and see him again.

  • OH MIO miyo, Sweet MIO is hanging tough. This kid has some fight and has pulled through the past few nights so we are hopeful he will survive.

He is certainly NOT out of the woods yet so PLEASE keep him in your thoughts and keep those donations coming. He has been closely monitored in the hospital for days so his bill will be high but MIO has not given up and we know our donors won't either.

    Thanks for all your support

  • Little MIA has renal and kidney failure but our Vets believe he has a chance if taken to the nearest Animal Hospital and hour and a half away!!!!  The rescuer is willing to do that and Defensa is willing to cover costs.

Please consider a donation and a share!  We can not do these rescues without you!
